Taylor Hall is a sleeper agent... he's helping us with our draft pick.

He was a Flames fan growing up.

We should not talk about it. Lets just pretend it's not happening ... like a No Hitter.

2009- 10th overall
2008- 22nd overall
2007 - 6th overall

6 of the past 7 years they will/have picked top ten and have barely improved. Truly terrible.

Flames Draft the last seven years:

2013- Top 6?
2012 - 21st
2011- 13th
2010- 64th
2009 - 23rd
2008 - 25th
2007-24th

Highest pick is 13th overall, never been top 10 and we got Sven Beartschi, Im confident this management group can be effective when given good picks, lets hope it happens this year.
Fans need to stop comparing the Flames with the Oilers.

Being a better franchise than them should be automatic, not something to strive for.

Screw Edmonton while they wallow in their own filth.

The Flames - and their fans - should just be focusing on their own issues - of which there are many - rather than running constant comparisons to make themselves feel better.

Until the Flames make the playoffs again there's nothing really to brag about.

The Oilers are just so bad to watch. Is Tinordi around to point out how much better they are than the Flames?

Looks like Oilers want a 4th consecutive first overall pick. And they'd have it if it wasn't too late

Funny how none of the Oilers posters that used to like to tell us how great the Oilers are, like to come around anymore.

Pathetic

Well #### it! No playoffs. No high draft pick. Traded away the greatest player we have ever had. Might as well finish above the Oilers again! Might as well let them win the lottery too. At least we can watch them screw up another Franchise player and continue their rebuild into the next decade. Just a horrible franchise. I hope they draft Jones, he pulls a Lindros and the players they get back all pull Prongers!

Oilers suck. They won't win another game this year.

The BJs defeated the Sharks 4-3 in regulation and sweep the season series 3-0. They just had the Sharks number this year. The BJs are now tied with the Wild for seventh place.

The Kings were up 2-0 on the Stars but Dallas scored three straight goals to take the lead. The Kings tied it early in the third period and it is still 3-3 late in regulation.

I hope either the Wild or Blue Jackets move up to 6th to displace the Blues so that I can feel guilt-free about wanting them out first round.

Or, I guess the Blues could move up to 5th or 4th...but that wouldn't be good for the pick either.

The Ducks have beaten the Oilers 10 straight times at Rexall...

The Oilers are some kind of awful. Do they have no shame at all?

I hope Dallas and Columbus displace Detroit and Minnesota from the playoff picture. Although...the Kings getting that extra point tonight hurts the Stars.

Was hoping the Rangers would finish 8th and knock off Pittsburgh, but looks like Ottawa will finish 8th, and Pittsburgh will beat them for sure.
