Fanin80 basically said it when he sarcastically said Samsung.

I don't really get this. I have brands I prefer to use because they've always worked for me, but I wouldn't get consider that loyalty. If someone came along and suggested a different brand might work better/cost less, I'd be all over it.

Loyalty is something you give to people, not faceless entities. I rank brand loyalty right up there with company loyalty. You think either give a #### about your loyalty beyond a corresponding $ figure you represent?

so you wear costco jeans? Not that there is anything wrong with that but for myself I prefer Buffalo Jeans, and I always wait until the BOGO event at Moores to get em.

Brand loyalty is funny because whether or not you know it everyone is a slave to it

I would have said it earier but didn't feel the need to start an avalanche of ridicule. I can say at least I was using Apple power PC's before ipods made them trendy. Ahead of the curve I guess you could say.

Otherwise I don't have a lot of brand loyalty outside of ones like Heinz and maype Pepsi for mix.

No, like I said, I have preferences. I have a stupid thigh-to-waist size ratio, so I've found the only brand that really fits without wearing out in the crotch are Sevens, but I wouldn't call that loyalty. I do try on other jeans from time to time just to be sure.

Like I said, I'm all for preferences, but loyalty is a bit much.

I should probably clarify that I found a couple of products that he likes and I feel good about feeding to him, so that has translated into a form of brand preference.

I mean, he'd probably enjoy a nice steaming pile of Meow Mix too, but I wouldn't enjoy seeing him eat it. It's actually kind of neat how I seem to care more about what my cat eats than I do.

Metamucil for my fibre supplement. The store knockoffs do not mix well.

There's a hockey team I cheer for, but they really test my loyalty at times.

As others have said, there are products I buy consistently because I prefer them over their competitors, but if a new better version came out, I'd change my preferred brand.
