Maybe you should add options for "any Saturday" "any Sunday" and "any Saturday or Sunday" so that once you decide on a date you can add those people in.

I'll organize payment with the course so you guys are able to just call there directly instead of going through me or trying to get cash to me.

But that will take a day or two to figure out what the best way to do that is. I don't think we've ever done anything like that before.

For groups this size we usually just have people pay when they show up... maybe that's just easier but then we run the risk of people bailing last minute, which I don't want.

Okay - so the deal is the course can't really do payment for each person by phone, it's just way too complicated - too many people working there to get everyone on the same page for something like that.

But I can do it on my own free time. First can I please just get an idea of who is confirmed for June 9th? When I have an idea of how many people we have I can start to collect info. I booked 24 spots but have a feeling we won't need that many.

If you are in, please just post in this thread and say "In".

If you PM me your phone number I can phone you when I'm at the golf course in the next three days to take payment information. If you need to cancel up to June 2nd you won't be charged anything - any cancellations within 7 days though will be subject to a $19.50 fee for the meal.

Tee times will start around 1:45 pm.
