Booth gets a penalty for breaking his own stick. He can't even get that right.

Yes they've been mismanaged and have had some questionable ownership decisions but I still like them.

I certainly like Tavares, Moulson, Okposo and Grabner.

Anyways they're up 4-3 against the Habs.
They are a decent team and their coach, Jack Capuano, has done an excellent job. Give Garth Snow credit for obtaining Nabokov, he is playing well in goal.

The Islanders won 6-3 and Price did not play well for the Habs. The win puts the Islanders just two points back of the eighth place Rangers.

I don't like to make fun of the Oilers, because those who live in glass houses and all that...

But I had to laugh tonight. I'm driving my kids to Beavers at 6:15. It's 3-2 for the Oilers in the second period and the 630 CHED crew is talking about how this is the night the flood gates are going to open, how bad the Blue Jackets are, how you can just feel the Oilers are going to pour in a few more goals tonight...

Get in the car at 7:45, Oilers have lost in the shoot out. Stauffer sounds like he's at a funeral. Could almost hear the tears dripping onto the press box floor.

Fight night in LA. Reaves and King drop the gloves now. Three fights so far in the 1st period.

Im no Oil apologist, but that OT PP was a no-brainer. Foligno closed his hand on the puck and it was obvious and had to be called.
Wow. They really do have Giordano's up there.

The Nucks are teaching their sticks how to dive apart now??? Doesn't surprise me.

The Blues must be still upset that they were swept by the Kings in the playoffs. Blues lead 2-1 after one period.

That's what I don't understand about the NHL. They want head shots gone but FFS that's going to have long lasting consequences for Polak. That's just my unpopular opinion. Feel bad for these guys and I know how it feels to have a concussion. A life changing event. And we allow these men to punch each other in the head, and we cheer. Humans are weird.

The Oil manage to get a point in their game despite being out played. How the hell does their upper management continue to keep their jobs. If I was an Oiler fan I would be calling for their heads. It is mind boggling how Lowe still has a job with that organization. Their young talent hasn't come through for them this season. Hall=Daige Hopkins=Fallon Eberle is playing like Fata right now. They need to step up and start playing better.

That's not really fair. Falloon had a pretty good rookie season.

Booth has been the best player on the ice for that team for a number of games. His possession numbers are terrifying, just nothing going in for him.

Corey Schneider let in a long wrist shot off his glove to Burish. Looked familiar. Terrible goal. Fortunate they've come back to make a game of it.

Booth wasn't even noticeable Sunday in Calgary.

It's a shame that the Canucks didn't trade Luongo. Schneider looks like he's crumbling under pressure. Would have been nice if they had no choice but to play him.

Luongo actually looks worse lately though.
