We did Ann's bridal bargains. With personalized envolopes (had our name & address on them), I think we were around or just over $1/invite. We got hit with a $50 C.O.D. as well though so that put it a bit over. We're pretty happy with the invites themselves.

Don't waste your money on RSVP return cards/envelopes/stamps. Just provide an email and/or phone number for people to respond.

We bought a pack or two of card stock, and printed our own invitations. Probably spent about $50 total (including printer ink).

How is this not the default? I can't even believe this thread is for real.

You guys are insane to be doing anything other than what YNaT did. This is insanity. Pick up the card stock at staples for $10 and throw the cards in the mail.

Friends of ours ordered tickets from ticket master - had all the info on them and they gave out 2 tickets if it was a couple, etc. Thought those were pretty cool and they said it was cheap - but not sure how cheap.

+1 for this, we made an email account with Gmail with a name associated with our wedding. i.e.hernameMynameWedding @gmail.com
Also left a phone number for some of the older generation who may not use email

Pretty sure you are doing it wrong...You are suppose to post an image with 15 screen shots of the scene in Seinfeld with text of the lines in a poorly chosen font colour.

I concur, but she wants the RSVPs for the older guests who wouldn't have or know how to use a computer.

I'm thinking add RSVPs solely for those people and email for the rest

And I've just been informed that her parents are paying for the invitations.

So

Where's the most expensive place to get invitations haha

Just call the older guests personally.
