That's right: I will give them a stern talking to!

On the original topic: Jonathan Drouin is this year's riser, the player whose stock keeps increasing leading up to the draft (sort of like Huberdeau a couple years back). He could end up going 1st overall, but will go top 3 for sure and could very well be the best player in the draft, but if you are picking 1st you probably have to go with MacKinnon.
The Oilers were stupid to take Hall over Seguin and though Drouin is probably the most talented player you probably still have to go MacKinnon 1st.
The Flames will probably pick around No. 9 - a guy like Hunter Shinkaruk seems likely - guys like Lindholm and Monahan will be gone by then.
Dream scenario: Flames get the 1st or 2nd pick and end up trading to get two of the top 3 picks (sort of like the canucks in 1999). Take linemates Drouin and MacKinnon, and you've just set your entire franchise back up for the post-Iginla years (sort of like Toews and Kane in Chicago).
Won't happen but sure would be nice. Both those players are going to be special. This is a good year to be picking near the top, probably any of the top 5-7 will end up being better players than last years top pick Yakupov.
