The vitriol might be justifiable if he wasn't giving it his all and getting good opportunities.

As of now, he is the epitome of a snakebitten player that seems to be over-thinking everything while death-choke gripping his stick.

I think it's absolutely acceptable to be frustrated with him (and the coaching staff, to an extent...although I think they are trying every possible way to help him get the monkey off his back), but the incessant poison being spewed in his direction is rather petty and insufferable.

Easily my most hated player in the entire NHL watching him is just gross. I have no idea how management and coaching can watch this guy and continue his employment...

If Comeau is centering Iginla and Glencross, put me down in the group that thinks (or hopes) he's just filling in because a trade is coming for a Center. A trade before the Dallas game.

This is just stupid. Offense dies on Comeau's stick so the coaching staff thinks it's a good idea to place him on a line with Glencross and Iginla?

Hartley has to be better than this. Comeau should never play on anything other than the 4th line. He's simply a terrible offensive player. It's getting embarrassing.

Besides the fact that he should never be in the top 6, how much experience does Comeau even have playing center?

Well, at least that line won't have to worry about playing against any good defensemen. The other teams are surely smart enough to know that line won't be scoring.

He's like a neutered dog humping a football out there. Lots of energetic flailing, no finish.

Terrible, terrible hockey player at the NHL level.

Obviously, Feaster is trying to get Iginla to demand a trade.

This makes more sense than what the official reasoning is. I'm as disheartened about the Flames as I was when they lost to the Oilers and Flyers and nobody got traded.

One has to wonder if this is the team's way of showing him what's in store for the future should he decide not to waive his NTC. Iginla is a proud man that likely want's to get his game going in the worst way sitting on one goal nearly 1/4 into the season. He has to know that he's not going to score again as long as Comeau centers him. Although he would never come out and say anything Iginla can't be at all happy with this.

Meh I'm probably going to skip watching tomorrow's game. Why put myself through the frustration?
