I bet it would be something simple, like ... giant strawberries or running shoes or cash or something. There would be some technologies they'd just never get their brain around and would learn to accept, others they'd think of as magical at first but would quickly come to understand, and then there would be simple, everyday things that would just make them go: Damn ... THAT is freaking crazy.
Like, every time they looked at a price-tag they'd think "This is SUCH a good idea..." and then they'd look at a smart phone and think "crazy, semi-magical, borderline blasphemous, gibberish."
Also, voting and democracy would just mess them right up, the lack of innate social-status would be crazy too. The idea that a person suffering through poverty has the same rights as an insanely rich person would send them for a loop.
Also, not thrashing children. I bet that would be hard to get used to. I can just imagine the first time some kid sticks their tongue out at our time-traveller in line at Safeway and he just thunder-slaps the kid in front of their parent.
