Butler has to go right back to the pressbox ... in Abbotsford.

A game that the flames could have and should have won but Colorado in the end got the lucky bounces.
Not a good game for Kiprusoff, he needs to play better.

Yep. Although the positive is that the team will get their highest draft pick in over a decade in a good draft.

Too many fat and sassy millionaires surrounding an otherwise excellent Czech line tonight.
Better finishing, different result I reckon.

Just goes to to show that we need our best players to play like it if we are going to make any noise this season. Cammy, Iggy, Glenny, and Kipper were not very good tonight. If this team can put it all together they can be dangerous, it's just a matter of getting a consistent effort from everyone.

Terrible move by Hartley to take out Smith who played well on Saturday.

If he is still playing like this when Sven is healthy, we better see Cammy sitting for a game or 2.

Doubt it. He'd still be playing top 6.

At least future Flame Nathan MacKinnon had 3 points tonight.

This teams defense is really bad, I mean this was Av´s they were playing against tonight. Kipper wasn´t sharp either, although doesn´t matter who plays in goal against Chicago, it´s going to be awful.

Hartley's Flames look awfully similar to Keenan's. We are looking at a very very long season.

At least it's only a 48 game season....? /silver lining.

Kipper the goat for this game. I can't believe the flames did not get 2 points from this game.
If kipper plays like this on Saturday it will be over before the 1st period ends.

Goes to show, if it wasn't for kipper this team goes nowhere. Kipper has a bad game? no one picks up the slack because they can't. Can't say it's too early, over 10% of the season already in the books.
Missed the chance to trade Iggy and kipper when their value was high, now the team is just so f$#&@d. Didn't want to press the panic button last week, but hell, I've still been pressing the rebuild button for 3 years.

Wow, Kiprusoff played like a complete sieve tonight. Flames would have won the game if not for the weak goals against. Disappointing.
