Watching kids open presents sure is fun. This is the best day ive had in a while.

So I asked my 13 yo son to take out the recycling. He was gone for a while (about 5 minutes or so, but there were only 3 or 4 big boxes), so I went to check on him. This is what I found:

Happy Holidays everyone.

This has been a particularly tough year for our family, and an even tougher Holiday season having lost a young member of our family earlier in the year. Always though, this forum has provided me a much needed escape from the harsh realities that confront us on a daily basis, and a few good chuckles. Whether it is some ridiculous picture of a grumpy cat, or following the soap opera around our favourite sports team, I can always come here, and for a few moments forget about all that, and just be the guy named after a traffic control device, and have a genuine laugh, conversation, or just read about the mundane hilarity of some of your lives.

Happy whatever-you-celebrate everyone.
