my co-workers tell me the following habits are annoying, i say they are just being a little too picky. i'll let you be the the judge.
- clipping toenails at desk
- taking the foot file to the bottom of my feet, having soft heels is important to me
- sneezing into and open file that is on my desk, then sending the file back to where it came from
- having a mid afternoon nap under my desk
- picking up the phone and expecting to have a nice conversation witht eh wife and instead i get reemed out for 35 minutes by her about leaving the toilet seat up
- thinking i am alone in my area of the cube farm, and letting one go only to have someone stop by to ask me something (although i love the look on their face when they catch a whiff of some bad air)
we have one guy in our office who never wears a short sleeve shirt, and is almost always wearing a suit jacket except on the three hottest days of the year - he always wants to turn up the heat......

I had a rather liberal 20 something junior programmer that worked on my team a few years ago. One time during code review she sat so close beside me my right elbow would constantly be hitting/touching her rather large mammaries . She did not say anything after the second and third time but I felt really uncomfortable since my wife and son's picture was on my desk so I moved left. The last time was during one hot summer day in our old building which had a bad AC that struggles to keep cold so it gets rather hot in the afternoon. That day she took off her jacket type top and wore only her white tank top, it was fine until she came into my office and I got a frontal view of her brawless attire. I actually told her nicely that day that she was making me feel awkward. She didn't annoy be but she was quite the character kindof looks like Natalie Portman but a lot more well endowed.

Our shipper receiver girl will stop into another girls office about 3 down from me 2x a day on her daily rounds to chit chat. But then she'll walk up the hall past my office still carrying on the conversation by herself. If she deosn't do that she is humming. I already feel like punching her in the head twice a day, but a week or so ago she walked by my office doing the Macdonalds, ba da baa ba baa jingle. I almost lost it.

Self employed now, but one that used to annoy me was the coworker who would email you a question and then immediately ask from across the office or show up at your desk "did you get my email?".

^^I got a guy who will send me an email and then call to ask me if I got it He's kind of my boss so I can't tell him he's an idiot, but now when the phone rings after I get an email from him, I tell someone else to pick it up and just tell him I got it.

This is a few jobs ago, but it's gotta be Miss "Let's reiterate what happened on last night's reality TV show to every person I see today", in between these Dancing With the Stars updates she'd take very personal cell phone calls all day in our open office and her cell phone (never set to silent) played that annoying squWEEEEEE sound from the beginning of Bret 'The Hitman' Hart's theme song every time she got a text.
Yeah she was annoying as hell.
Side note, I'm disappointed Ktrain & Russic haven't posted in this thread yet.

I''ll start...
I have a co-worker who sits in the cube next to mine. All day long he talks on his phone in his native language, trying to be sly about it, but he's not kidding anyone. He also likes to drink pop during lunch, usually letting out a huge belch or two. He sniffles all the time. And he doesn't turn his cell phone on silent or vibrate at work, so when his phone rings (multiple times a day) the whole floor gets to hear "Michael Buble - Sway"
drive's me absolutely insane!!!!

1st world problems? ?
I guess not exclusively, but it still sounds pretty trivial.
