Why isn't Power Rangers or Playstation/Nintendo 64/SNES/whatever console on this list? Those, Hot Wheels, WWE action figures and Lego were the only toys I played with.

Yep, I never did have a bike growing up, never have ridden on one either. No interest in that at all, so why bother learning to do it.
With crayons, I always used pencils to do art work. I preferred greys to the colour so I used just straight pencils to draw with (it does kind of hold true in my decorating style now too oddly enough).
I did grow up poor, but that was not the reason. I just never had a real interest in toys, more so interested in reading and viewing art of varying forms than that. New ideas and perspectives were always the thing I found most interesting. My parents hated trying to find things for me at christmas/birthdays. Biggest pain in the ... to things buy for because none of it interested me whatsoever.
I was a bit odd.

Buddy that's been here since August was able to connect the two posts together and figure it out without having to know the meme?
Agreed with Lego. Should be #1 on every list. I was just out with a co-worker and she bought a gas station duplo set for her kid. It was really tough leaving it in the car as I wanted to bring it in the office and play with it.
