I'm not sure what your gripe is in this thread.
You shot a video, which is pretty non-descript, and by all intents and purposes anyone could have captured (and probably did).
Then you decided you wanted to post it onto YouTube for the world to see, because you thought it was interesting and unique (which it kind of is, you don't see penguins escaping everyday).
The minute the world wanted to see it, you didn't want them to see it anymore and are taking steps to lock down the video so people can't see it or at least be directed to your YouTube page where you can bask in the glory in comments and likes.
All this for what?
Fame? Notoriety? Money? Glory? Ego? Something you can tell your friends?
Trust me on this, once a video on YouTube becomes "popular" it'll spread and you can't control it. Some people will even steal it and upload it as their own. As for getting something out of the video itself? You won't, unless you become a YouTube partner which takes some time to be approved and by the time you become one, nobody will really care about the penguin that escaped at the zoo.
