What he really had:
Mange (open, oozing and bleeding wounds)
Both eyes so infected the swelling was squishing his eyeballs.
Both ears infected.
General secondary skin infection and inflammation from untreated mange.
Nose wrinkle infected and full of crap.
All four paws green/yellow with infection.
He had a fever and smelled like a corpse.

I can sympathize with your problem. I have a Boston Terrier with alergy problems. We've tried everything, mostly without success.

Boston Terrier's seem to always have a plethora of problems with them... but god dammit are they ugly/cute and always have fun personalities.

I'll be heading over to Vancouver in a half an hour with a bunch of people from my school to check out what's going on. We're heading back here though before the fireworks so we don't have to deal with a huge crowd.

Dood....well done. Read the link to the blog you had on him. Thank you. Poor little #######, hope he starts to enjoy life more soon. Sounds like he's been through hell.

I will consider it a success if we can get him healthy and determine if he even has allergies.

Thank you for taking care of Rowdy. I looked at the pictures and did a double take.

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but for those of us stuck working tomorrow (as in Monday), is that the stat holiday because of Canada Day landing on a Sunday, or is Sunday the stat day?

Tomorrow is the stat holiday.
I was lucky that it is too, because I ran out of booze this afternoon but luckily the government liquor store was open, and will be closed tomorrow.

Had a Canada day kegger here in Adelaide.
Myself and 5 other Canadians with about 25 Aussies.
We're all international students, and the party was at the Canadians apartments downtown (three girls from Carlton University)
We sang a stunning rendition of Oh Canada at 9pm on the dot, ate a tonne of Canada cake, and taught the Aussies the intricacies of beer pong. Myself and one of the Carlton girls swept the board with that game.
Awesome night, and a potential road trip when I get home in November.

As every year, I was at Trafalgar Square for the world's largest Canada Day party outside Canada Day. No big celebs this year though (unless you count Our Lady Peace, Headley, Tanya Kim and Cabbie, who was reading out free agent signings from his blackberry).
