I'm sure you've heard this but you should join TTMAC right away (Twins, Triplets and More Association of Calgary). The twice yearly sales of baby stuff (triplet strollers, car seats etc.) is worth the price of admission and there is a good deal of support in the newsletter, meetings etc.

Hopefully you have someone who can live with you for the first half a year anyway. With twins, Mrs. Bownesian and I had just enough laps that either of us could leave the house once in a while but with triplets, you're going to need some help.
The up-side is now that they are a couple of months from being 3, they are a breeze.
