Yes he gets off because (1) by Texas law she apparently wasn't a child as she was over 14 and (2) because the assault on a non-child had passed the statute of limitations. If I understood everything correctly. They were also seeing if there were any Federal laws he could be prosecuted for and not sure how that is turning out. Basically, he got off but he only got off on a technicality.

Of course this idiot is just trying to spin it that the only reason it got posted was because he threatened to stop supporting her and was going to take here car away etc. Not sure how that particularly matters. He did it.

He also pulls out the whole "if I was so bad why did she stay with me when here mom left" stuff. THat's quite often what abused people do....try to please the abuser. Or perhpas she thought bad stuff would happen if she didn't stay. Or a myriad of other reasons. All of which don't matter because abused people don;t think the same way as other people.

The guy is a disgusting human being and at least now people know about it.

The video was uploaded to her Youtube account, which has other videos. One of those videos shows her explaining her Palsy, and what she had to go through when she was younger.

I know speaking before you research a topic is always difficult for you, but maybe at least read a bit before you say something like that.

You really need to bash me don't you? I never said she did not have cerebral palsy nor was I in anyway alluding to that at all. Though I now see that people wanting to take a swipe at me would take it that way.
