By the way, from the earlier songs I posted, im not trying to take a shot at anyone's religon/beliefs. Just posting some bands/songs that I know of that fit the topic.
some of that stuff is pretty wierd looking crap. That behexen ones seems like they aren't athiest at all, they seem like satanists. They clearly believe in something supernatural.

I could be way of base here, but most Black metal bands dont actually believe in a higher being, but use Satan/Satanism as a weapon again religion.

Would an Atheist not prefer songs that had no religious tilt to them in the first place? Why sing and or praise about the uselessness of organized religion and use spirituality as the vocal point of a song? Blah.
Jesus Built My Hotrod - Ministry South of Heaven - Slayer
I'm not sure if that song really emodies anything "atheist" or "agnostic". Tom Araya, the founder of Slayer, confesses to believing in god and Jesus and the his beef is with how the religion has been twisted. South of Heaven is about heretics.

Tom Araya also doesn't write any of the lyrics. Those would be done by Jeff and Kerry. If I'm not mistaken, Kerry is an atheist and believes all religion is propaganda and stupid.
