That's too bad for this restaurant because it's not their fault if they ordered contaminated marshmallow stuff.

It's like when they had those issues with donair shops in town earlier this year. It wasn't the individual stores faults it was the place that mixed the meat up for them.

Wasn't it because a sick employee prepared the shakes? OR the shake mix? Still wondering how that could happen, did they lick the bowl or something? Yech!

Wouldn't Ecoli come from feces and not saliva? Sounds to me like an employee ate a few burgers, dropped the kids off at the pool and forgot to wash his/her hands before handling food.

Is this lawsuit territory? If so, maybe that'll be the end of Peter's.

I would imagine it is in lawsuit territory, but i'm not 100% certain. Definitely the end of Peter's if a suit is filed methinks.

That is really terrible though, I hope she recovers...

The CRC says she is on dialysis, but she is in fair - serious condition. Not critical as the Calgary Sun has stated that she is. Not good I agree, but from what I could gather she is a long way off from on her deathbed.
