Huckaby lays down a perfect sac bunt and moves Hinske to 3rd base with one out.
Its their best scoring chance since the 1st inning. John McDonald at the dish.
edit: RBI single!!
1-0 Jays

It's been a heck of a game so far. The Jays defense has been solid, backing up Halladay who hasn't had his best stuff. Which is a scary thought, as the O's havent scored a run.

Halladay will have to make quick work of the O's in the 8th if he wants the comlete game. At 89 pitches after 7 innings, I'd give him a limit of about 15 per inning.

I don't think we should give him the 9th either way.....not in a one run game.....Especially with the stuff he's had today....only 2k's....and letting up 7 hits...
Man it's really wierd thinking about this series.....Jays have struck out a mighty lot and in that first game they left what 16 on base? And still great performances overall by the pitching staff. Been a reall odd but GREAT series.

And Halladay runs out of gas, giving up 2 and counting in the 8th.
Win or lose today, the offense was absolutely terrible the entire series. Sure was nice to see good pitching make up for it, even today.
Edit: another mistake by Gibbons, leaving Halladay in one batter too long. 5-1 Baltimore.
