Probably not a HID system, HID is lower wattage.

The worst is when you flash your highbeams at the people with kits thinking their highbeams are on only to get flashed right back with their highbeams increasing the retina burning!

Nah, these came with ballasts and a harness for my vehicle. They were genuine HIDs but definitely not the best on the market.

Yeah I love my HIDs! I will never go back to halogen. Compared to xenon's, it's like you have a candle in front of your car.
