Mullvad VPN. Pay it with crypto - Bitcoin, or bitcoin cash. Works very well.
Just double checked and it has Calgary in it - has 2 servers you can choose for Calgary.
Been using it for a couple of years. Really no complaints about it - just got to remember when your internet is blocked that it’s been a year and got to make a crypto payment is all.
