The Stamps did sign Chris Rwabukamba to a new contract (he was on the Stamps practice roster last season), it's going to be tough to replace Campbell though.
The Calgary Stampeders have re-signed national defensive lineman and special-teamer Ben D’Aguilar. The four-year veteran had been eligible to become a free agent on Feb. 14.
D’Aguilar appeared in all 18 regular-season games for the Stamps in 2016 and he recorded nine special-teams tackles, two defensive tackles including one tackle for loss and a fumble recovery. In 49 career games over four seasons for Calgary, D’Aguilar has amassed 35 special-teams tackles, four defensive tackles, one forced fumble and three fumble recoveries.

hearing @calstampeders and @cfl #cfl MOL Derek Dennis remain apart. Dennis wants top OL money and looks like he's going to test market

I kind of figured that was going to happen, and it will leave a huge hole in the Oline, especially with Federkil also testing free agency.
the one thing though is that this team always has a good oline, I think that comes from coaching and scheme.
Also Huff is very tough in terms of contract negotiations, when we interviewed he's said more then once that he's pointed players to the McDonalds down the street and told them they're hiring when they're demands exceeded his budget.

Sounds like @calstampeders and WR Marquay McDaniel are getting closer. Exchanging proposals. Stamps would to get it down before FA #cfl @cfl
Lets hope the Stamps can get this done. McDaniel is a huge part of the offense.

As much as I like McDaniel, I would have preferred we put any money we gave to him into trying to resign Dennis. Receivers are a dime a dozen in the CFL. OL is crucial, though if you are going to pay an OL 200K, I would prefer them to be Canadian so you can start a cheaper US guy somewhere else.

I agree in theory but the Stamps never struggle to find O Line guys so I actually agree with Huff on this one that Dennis wasn't a key priority. Let another team overpay them.
Getting Micah Johnson back was key for me and their biggest priority IMO. Such a key player on that D. Glad he is back.

I disagree. I haven't always been a Quay fan but he's a glue that really helps our very young receiving crew. Not to mention his importance on second downs.
Dennis would be nice to have and who knows they might even get it done. Couple days ago didn't think Micah and Quay were coming back.
