Missed open look 3 from Trent and the dagger 3 from Royce O’Neal were significant.

Entertaining game. What I think is a really great sign is the team having a 13-2 stretch in the last five minutes of the previous game, and a 12-0 stretch in the last five minutes this game. This team has a top gear that is just insane.

I’ve only watched the 8-minute highlight packs on YouTube but boy howdy has Scottie Barnes reached a new level. Looks like a true superstar.
Raptors are now appointment viewing for me.

A nice win tonight! It was huge to get some quality bench minutes from Boucher and Achiuwa

This pattern has continued, a 9-1 run inside the last 3 minutes last game, and now a 25-9 run over the last 9 minutes of the game tonight.

Thought this was a good article. https://www.espn.com/nba/insider/ins...am-nba-history
1) Lebron is still a machine and probably doesn't get enough credit for his playmaking. (Any other player puts up 27-11-7 and they probably win MVP, he’s doing it at 37)
2) Lebron+Davis + Guys that can hit threes was such an easy formula (that's how they won a title)...how did the Lakers mess it up so bad.

Siakam has been really fantastic to start the year. He is really passing the ball well.

This raptors team really feels like they could really be something if they add a guy that’s an elite 6th man type.

Trying to get any type of impact bench player will almost certainly put them into the luxury tax, so it'll probably be a wait and see where they are at the deadline situation. But this is an outstanding starting five, and if Siakam is gonna turn into Jokic-lite with the assists then it opens up the offense even more.

Missed the game last night but caught the extended highlights. Looked like a really great, incontrol performance from start to finish. I have to say, Precious tearing through the lane full speed like it's the running of the bulls, catching a pass instride and getting to the rim is easily one of my favourite Raps plays. Seems to work whenever he's on the floor and man is it a momentum boost.
Echoing what the entire Raps fanbase is saying but man does Pascal look good right now. So confident and so in control with everything that is happening right now. Also loving how Fred has taken a step back as a primary scoring option so far. Feels like a role much better suited for where he's at in his career as well as where the group as a whole is at with their evolution.
Lots of great things happening now around that team. Looking forward to seeing how Otto Porter fits in.

Worst game from FVV in a long time tonight. He looked ancient out there. Hopefully he settles in because he is a big piece on the defensive end and so far he has gotten torched repeatedly.

I’m not gonna lie. There’s a part of me that thinks it’s sad that Lebron is pretty much wasting his final years in LA with that broken roster he’s on. But at the same time, he’s partly to blame for the current state of that team

Partly? I'd say more or less fully. He's had his agent threaten to walk and other such garbage to bring in guys he wanted to play with. Now that they've given up all their assets and it hasn't worked out he's biding his time. I thoroughly enjoy it because the fans will turn on them and he's mostly to blame for getting involved with GM matters. Surely he'll be one of the greatest of all time when it comes down to it, but his pulling the strings is backfiring on the back end of his career and will definitely jade his latter years legacy.

As a Canadian baskeball fan I'm pretty disappointed with Primo. I'm really sympathic to how damaging mental health issues can be, but as soon as you're taking actions that directly inflict psychological or physical harm on another person, that's entirely on you.
I guess he should be thankful that Kyrie is stealing all of the limelight this weekend, when normally this sort of news makes you the top story.
