Haha, I can't believe you just posted this. I haven't received my order yet but I am having a bit of trouble with them. I ordered the wheel and it shipped fine but I had to make a separate order for the stand. It's been in "processing" for the last week (the wheel shipped the next day) and I've tried to get in contact with them twice using their crappy form on their website and no one has got back to me. They've have charged me so they probably don't care too much.
From what I've been reading if something happens to the wheel it takes almost two weeks for someone to respond to your tech support email. You would think for the price you pay for these things you would get some decent support.
As it stands right now my wheel is through customs and in Richmond, BC and should be here next week. I have no idea where my Rennsport stand is and it's not looking like it'll be here before GT5. I want that piece soon because I don't have anything to attach the wheel to.
FlameOn, any configuration tips for the wheel? Can I just plug it in and go? I'll have to find a Windows XP computer so I can add the new firmware (I have a Mac).
On a side note I changed my pre-order from a Collector's Edition to the regular edition. It doesn't look like you get a lot for the extra $40.
And an FYI, Superstore will have the game for $49.99. It's advertised in their Holiday 2010 book (got it yesterday with the paper, it's coloured red if you're looking for it) so make sure to price match is somewhere where you can pre-order (i.e. pre-order for $10 at Best Buy, you get 800 reward zone points which is $10, when you go pick up the game and pay the difference have them price match it).
GT5 is finally here! Can't wait to buy my 370Z in the game (Fairlady Z)!!!
