I wouldn’t be surprised if Principe sings Happy Birthday to McJesus in the opening (disgrace).

The fact of the matter is that the Jets are a pedestrian road team. Pedestrian road teams are not typically very successful playoff teams, where it is exceptionally difficult to win on the road.

In my opinion, the Jets are flawed.
Don't play the surprised 'who me?' routine. It is a bit Cory Perryesque. Whenever Winnipeg comes up in any context, you rush in to belittle the city/team/fans. I don't have any skin in the game, just saying it is obvious.

The Jets defence and goaltending has over achieved in the first half. I would not be surprised to see them have a 2nd half collapse.

Who cares. If the Flames make it to the dance it will be through their own play, not through help from the OOT scoreboard. Minnesota can have this one for all I care.

Also, the Jets stink. Looks good on 'em.

It is a Flames message board. From time to time Flames fans are going to say disparaging things towards rival teams and other Canadian cities. Hell, there are entire threads dedicated to these topics.

I do not like the Winnipeg Jets; what do you expect?

exactly. no one should expect you to have a good opinion; just be repetitive and obnoxious.

So, your not the least bit concerned by the Jets’ .500 road record? Suit yourself; I don’t think it bodes well for them.

No, I'm not. I'm thrilled the Jets are likely to make the playoffs in a season where everyone outside the city predicted them to finish near bottom of the division.

Originally I was thinking that if viewers are lucky the 9:07 mark will coincide with a commercial break. Now I want it to be live so it is audible and you get the close ups on McDavid and the complete awkwardness the moment will be. After the game he will have that feeling that people get when they just realize they are in a cult. The rest of his evening will play out like Leaving Las Vegas.

Will they still sing when it's 4-0 Vegas at that point?

Sore one for Bellemare. Visor was covered in blood.

He took it like a champ and skated off casually
