That was a bit of a weak penalty call.

Reinhart and Hathaway with another shorthanded attempt but it's broken up by the Amerks.

I haven't been able to watch many games this season, how would you rank the defense in terms of NHL readiness? Also curious about who it looks like has the highest ceiling?

That glove save by Nagle looked terrifying. Had to use his pad to help it.

Perhaps we should shoot more there.

Baertschi with a couple chances and a set up that unfortunately ended in a broken stick.

Acolaste with a great point shot and Nagle barely gets ahold of that.

I've noticed Brossoit has turned it around this season, looking good after 18 GP.

Flames tip a rolling puck out front of Nagle and he gets a piece of it.

That could have been a good garbage goal.

He has a hell of a team in front of him. OKC is 2nd in the Western Conference and I think 3rd in the AHL. They are a strong and scary team this year.

Nothing like the no good parent club.

Flames putting a bunch of pressure on Nagle now. Lots of pucks being fired at him, less fancy passes and plays.

Flames are getting the cycle going. Sven's line is all over the Merks.

Agostino showed some fire too as he stole the puck and went into the Amerks zone just before that goal.

He looks much better!

Wotherspoon is the only guy that's close to NHL ready. Culkin has been good. Sieloff has been okay. Outside of that, there's not a lot there.

Hathaway and Agostino with assists.

Agostino ends his 9 game pointless streak!

It's a Flames shooting gallery here.

Thiessen must be getting lonely, no one has been back there to see him in probably a good 5 minutes.

Thiessen finally sees a little of the puck.

Flames now have more shots in the 2nd period then the Amerks have had all game.

After a poor first 10 minutes, it's been all Flames all the time.

As Huska was saying, the Flames owe Thiessen after the last Rochester game. He makes 48 saves and they lost in a SO I think. He worked his butt off for them and didn't get any reward.
