1-2-1
One of the regulation losses and the SO loss were during that stretch in late-February/early-March when Ortio and Granlund were in Calgary and they couldn't win a thing.

Baaaah. We're stacked offensively, but our defense is just awful it's too bad the reinforcements won't be playing for playoffs. Kulak, Culkin, Wotherspoon, Roy, Sieloff.
Next year abbotsford probably gonna be the most stacked team in the AHL.

Chicago now leads 5-0 midway through the third. Baertschi's old buddy (and Airdrie boy) Ty Rattie has 2 goals in the game, and now has 31 on the season (tied for 4th in the AHL).
It's looking like it will be the Griffins in round one.

Scary. I know our players but I don't know anyone else's, anyone that does, care to make some educated guesses how that series might go?
On a good note, poirier seems to be a beast offensively AND defensively.

5 for fighting, 2 for instigating, and a 10 minute misconduct.

So tense. Just a few minutes left... Ortio with a huge save 50 seconds left. Granlund, Kilm and Porier on the ice.

Second pro game and already first star of the game. I'm really loving this Poirier kid, he's my favourite prospect in the Flames system right now. I think he's really going to surprise some people. Kids got a great combination of speed, skill, toughness and smarts. I can't wait for him to be surrounded some really complimentary talent.
