Surprised nobody is mad about the officiating. The refs sucked. Missed penalties including a potential 4 minutes for someone high sticking Gaudreau. And some soft ones called on us.

Flames have no heart as a team. Seems like we only have a few guys caring about winning. It is never the whole team. WTF happened from last year?

Hartley should just go every offensive zone possession with the goalie pulled. It does't seem to matter how well the forwards play. The goalies are simply unreliable.

Leafs will give you Bernier for free.

Flames played pretty well actually.

Felt like things were going to work out nicely, then a Raymond penalty, a few minutes later and it's 6-3. Bennett and Brodie were great.

I actually get the feeling they're close to figuring this out and going on a small run soon. Hopefully it starts Thursday.

And to think our defense was ranked more or less top 5 in the NHL before the season started. What a disastrous start to the season. Doesn't help that the reffing was god awful either. Can't catch a freaking break this year...

i never want to trade for a young, potential stud D man ever again. it's been s a gross disappointment the year after.

clearly we can all eat crow. last year sure seems unsustainable, a lot of luck, given that there is little turnover in the roster.

Well, rest of this season I am cheering for Bennett to tear it up, how awesome would it be if he won the Calder this year??

I hope Gaudreau and Monahan continue development - Johnny looks good, Sean... not so much at the moment - I wonder if he is a slow starter?

I am PRAYING Gio is only rusty, otherwise that is going to be one ugly contract.

Brodie is awesome. Hopefully Hamilton keeps up his better play, and continues to develop.

If the team actually flukes out a win occasionally, great, but I am not counting on many wins this year now.

This team's D and G STINK.

This is the team that I expected to see last year when they were going to be competing for the number 1 pick. I certainly didn't expect to see a team that seems to be so hopeless this year.

Yeah, I find myself not rushing home to watch games at all, I just have the impending feeling that this team is just going to get blown away every night.

Some of it is defense, a lot of it is goaltending, but at the end of the day, the work ethic and attention to detail in the defensive zone is severely lacking.

I guess we have to decide what kind of team we're expecting to watch for the end of the year. Do we as fans regress to watching for progress in the younger players and not care about wins and losses.

At this point there's no point in Treliving making a panic move or a win now move.

But it could be a I don't give a crap year with the rate that this team is bleeding.

I'm not going to resign myself to the "Oh, at least the young guns are playing well"-mentality just yet.

Although I have no freaking clue how they are going to turn this around.

The fourth goal made my physically angry. 56 goals against in 13 games. I dunno. Just no idea what to even say or think. Feel completely hopeless watching this team.

The Avs blocked 30 shots tonight. A lot of them were on good scoring chances too. The Flames allowed way to many shots against. That short handed goal was brutal as well.

A few more losses in the next few games and the season is over anyway and you may as well ride Hiller/Ortio/Ramo into a lottery pick.

Why is Raymond even on the ice down a goal with 6 minutes left to play to take that penalty? That's 100% on Hartley.

Playing well doesn't mean much when you have brain farts every single game that kill momentum and give opposing teams goals.
