Get him the right manager and he would flourish.

Bring him into the Blood line? Let Heyman speak for him?

This is what people have been saying about Andrade for years and I just think it's an ego problem for him. Multiple reports in AEW and WWE now of him being difficult to work with.

It’s too bad, really good wrestler and they gave him a ton of chances to shine. He’s in need of a manager/mouthpiece so badly.
As for the PPV, it was decent. To be fair, AEW has been knocking them out of the park as of late, and this one had too many 8 man tags and not enough gimmick matches for a PPV for my liking. But still well done, and a good payoff for the devil storyline, that one shot of Cole in the chair is awesome.

I didn't like the payoff for the Devil because of how obvious it was. They took a "can they co-exist" storyline, dragged it out forever, and then had it end in a way that surprised no one.
Wardlow also comes out of the whole thing looking like a total chump (again).

Yeah, I'm an AEW fan but I admit the booking has been god awful. Specifically, the 'blackouts' when the the Devil and his henchmen appeared has been done to death in wrestling and is one of the most cliche, cringey things in wrestling that I wish would just disappear forever. And the Devil storyline did it MANY times.

So with the rumor of MJF taking time off for serious injuries, And Adam Cole not being able to stay healthy, its just bad timing for a payoff that's going to probably be a long way down the road.
I loved Adam Cole in NXT, he was brilliantly booked as the undersized heel who could work and talk on the mic, and he was the head of a great faction. With AEW he just hasn't been that well booked and he's kind of milquetoast.

With AEW he hasn't been healthy for two consecutive months. How can we know if his booking is good.

It also looks like a stiff breeze could bring him down. His starpower has seemingly dropped since leaving NXT. He has yet to prove McMahon wrong about being able to main event a show. The whole storyline is weird with no payoff... if Cole was planning on turning on MJF the entire time why not do it for the World Title a few months ago? Why wait till now when the title went to Joe instead? The whole story makes zero sense. I doubt Khan had a real plan from the start. Or if he did, Cole's injury really sabotaged everything.
As always Tony Kahn is his own worst enemy. He needs to be hands off of AEW entirely. Khan often takes shots at Vince, but both of them have become their own worst enemy. There is so much talent on that roster, but as long as Tony is in charge of booking AEW won't go very far.
On that note, just get Jericho off television. It's sad that 20 years ago my two favourites were Jericho and Benoit, now I have to feel shame for appreciating either of them. I can forgive Jericho for some of his past transgressions, but if the rumours are true he should be fired and never let back on television.

Britt would have made way more sense and they could have built so much out of it, especially with MJF seemingly gone for a few months
So now it's just a new 5 man stable, which could be interesting, it's got talent in it and even if cole cant wrestle yet he can talk. Buy AEW with stables booking has been so bad the last two years expectations are super low

Hard to really pay that off with a match though.

It's tough because until something actually becomes concrete it's currently a dirt sheet writer with a history of dubious reporting and a heart emoji.
Again, if Chris did something illegal an NDA isn't stopping #### and he's gonna burn. If Chris did something inappropriate, but not illegal, you quietly shuffle him away from any backstage role and say he could not be trusted in that role if the move comes to light.
AEW is taking blow after blow after blow right now. As morbid as it is, I think Jericho loses his standing back stage, but you almost need him on screen at this point if nothing illegal happened.

Have Britt's jealousy be why Cole turns on MJF? He has to pick and picks his wife (obviously)

Except then Cole is still a sympathetic figure to some degree. Right now he's a petty, jealous #######.

Best heels are the ones you understand why. It's their actions that make you hate them.

Wonder if Dwayne didn't want the stink of working with Vince again on his reputation.

In other news, sounds like Mercedes Mone to AEW is pretty close to done. Tony better figure out how to book that division better fast.

The funniest part of the blackouts is you know that they are just chilling under the ring for a few hours haha.
