The Community panel at Comic-Con was today:

The new showrunners promise not to screw it up. They also teased some things to expect this season: We will see Jeff's dad (played by Eddie Murphy, according to Joel); there will be a visit to an Inspector Spacetime convention; we will see Pierce's mansion (so, I guess that means Chevy will be back). They also hinted at another animated episode and graduation.

Oh, and the Germans will return!

Chevy is confirmed to return. I don't think there's gonna be that big of a drop off from Harmon. Some of these people have been the brains behind some incredibly strong Community episodes. I'm taking an optimistic view!

Season 4 will not be Community. Harmon was Community and without him it will be just another show.

May be a good show, but won't be Community.

Good article. I've been following Glover since his Derrick Comedy days and I think he's an under rated actor. I love seeing his Derrick comedy crew cameo in Community episodes.

I finally started watching community, WOW, why was I not watching this sooner.

About half way through season 2, I'm so hooked, trying to avoid reading too much in this thread until I'm caught up.

Love it. Just picked up the season 3 DVD so I could watch the episodes with the commentary.

Quick question: Does anyone remember how '#sixseasonsandamovie' became a thing?

In season 3, episode 1, Abed freaks out because Cougartown was moved to mid-season. Troy re-assures him that the show will be back in January.

Both of them repeat the mantra "Six seasons and a movie." (The previous season, in the flashbacks episode, Abed shouted it in regards to The Cape.)

It became an online mantra for the show.
