Ohtani could be out for the series.

Dodgers are very likely up 2-0 after tonight though.

Looked innocent enough? Apparent left shoulder injury.

There are so many injuries sliding into second base on close plays. I never understood the risk/reward of letting Ohtani steal so often.

Playoff Judge is something. I don't know he could look as good as he did during the summer and as bad as he does now.

Oh boy. Dodgers on the brink of a collapse. The Ohtani injury could be the turning point of the series.

Yankees have four regulars hitting under .190, including Wells under .100. Soto and Stanton can't save them all alone.

I didn't really want the Dodgers to win but what Freeman is doing is awesome

Men against boys really. Once the Yankees choked game one a sweep was always the likely outcome. Padres were really the only team who could stop the Dodgers.

It's Freemans MVP to lose.

Doesn't seem possible for him to lose it unless the Dodgers choke. Historic HR in game one, another couple big homers. I know they'll look for any reason to give it to Ohtani, but it would be highway robbery to not give it to Freeman.

Panda won 2012 MVP with three home runs in 16 at bats. He hit three HRs in one game.

Haha. Stanton looks like what I imagine The Rock running. Teoscar throwing him out at home is hilariously embarrassing.

I know the Yankees have been horrific at the plate most of this series, but sending the slowest guy in modern MLB history there is such a bad decision.

No kidding. That’s pretty embarrassing in the World Series. It was like slow motion seeing him come around 3rd base.

Yankees would probably lose this series even if they played decently, but the amount of unforced errors that they've had have turned this into a laugher.

Verdugo pimping that meaningless homerun will never not be funny. What a dweeb.

This is really great to see the series turn into a complete dud after media and so many fans talking it up as historic and speaking to all the amazing storylines that would come together, cheering it on as good for the league and a world series that "matters". In the end it was $700mil of payroll coming together in two attempts to purchase a championship with one steamrolling the other.
