I don't even think Sinner was all that good tonight (Shelton certainly had his chances in the opening set) and then Jannik make short work of Ben in set 2.
I'm in Paris during this years French Open, so I got myself in queue at 3am this morning to try and get tickets and got tickets to the women's SF. It was funny cause when I got assigned my number when the queue opened I got like 24,500 in line and thought I was gonna be lucky to get anything, until I tried on other browsers and was getting 650,000 in line. If you ever do this you need to be prepared to wait too cause it took about an hour and 20 minutes before I got to be able to buy. At 650,000 in line...yeah that's gonna be a week lol.
But obviously pretty excited to be going, I might try and snag a men's SF ticket on the resale market if it's not too insane, but it probably will be.

Unfortunate that Shelton pulled the pin after losing that tiebreaker. I was hoping for a better match.

Senator queuing up for tickets to a clay court event, never thought I’d see the day

Well the goal, as I'm sure it is for a lot of tennis fans, is all four majors, this just happened to line up really well. They did have hospitality packages available for one of the men's SF for the bargain price of €1,500.00 lol. At least you get free champagne?

Nice comeback by Rune tonight (saved a match point in set 2) to eliminate Fritz in three sets.
That second set was kind of bizarre as it felt like neither player wanted it until the tiebreaker and then Fritz just packed it in for the rest of the match. Also what happened to his mom's face? Was she a burn victim or is that a case of really, really bad plastic surgery?
