Verlander was supposed to throw the ceremonial pitch in game 1 but the Astro players went to management and nixed it. Apparently they aren't too impressed that he has had nothing to do with the team during his rehab. He did cash the $30 million though.

How frustrating is this? A semi-final playoff series that I can't find anywhere on TV. Sportsnet has two channels running the Canada-Jamaica game and one running plays of the month. I have an MLB.tv sub but I can't watch on that as they black out playoff games outside the US. WTF?!?!?
Super Mario is at least helping out today.
ETA I just discovered I can watch through the MLB.tv browser but not on my app. Sigh.

Red Sox up 4-2 eh? And already 10 hits with a ton of hard contact. That's after putting up 20 hits on Friday. Against the Rays. Hmm.
The Rays need to find a way to win this series. I can't imagine a more deplorable matchup than the Red Sox vs Cheaters in the CS.

I don’t want anyone in the AL to win so unless Bane is now showing up to sporting events I kinda don’t care. But it’s weird to see Boston and Tampa playing and it doesn’t pain me at all to think of the Sox winning. I dislike them all so I just want every team to lose in the most painful fashion possible.

Both platforms work fine for me. I think what you may have been doing is selecting the Tampa Bay feed which is the one blacked out? The Boston feed is the international one that should work on all devices.
