Another great period. Awesome to be watching Jagr score his first as a Flame, Johnny made it easy for him! Mantha is carrying Detroit on his back with his scoring plays, but I think Flames have been ahead throughout.

Michael Ferland is such a great story for the Flames. I'd love to see how far he can take it with his size and skill set and shot.

Flames have been the better team overall tonight and are still in control, but it feels like they're on the verge of blowing it again with all the mistakes and giveaways. Hopefully they can prove me wrong tonight, come out with a strong 3rd and come out of this with 2 points.
