Where was the MLB going? Bad defense is bad. Manning making the throws he needs to

So much relief from winning that game. Finally back to the championship round.

Great matchups for the league next Sunday.

Who knows what would have happened if chargers had stopped that 3rd and 17. Defense has to make that play. Just to make it exciting if anything.

New England vs Seattle for the Super Bowl.

Seahawks ride the strength of the 12th man and Brady torches the Denver D

I think the 4 teams that people thought would make the final 4 did. Should be 2 great games.

I'll say Denver and Seattle win in very close games. Go Broncos!

Broncos D-line was winning the battle in trenches in the first half, but they got no pressure on Rivers at the end and he ended up picking the secondary apart.

Key against Patriots will be to dominate the line of scrimmage. If Brady is under siege the weak Broncos secondary won't matter.

Offense looks fine - just need to finish drives. Missed FG, pick in the end zone and fumble today. Take care of business and they'll be alright.

I think Denver getting past this mental hurdle after this game last year is enough. Offense will make it look easier next week.

as a chargers fan, I am glad the Norv era has ended, it took far too long for the chargers offense to wake up but they didn't lose in the typical Charger way of the best.... they certainly aren't an elite team but they are trending the right way with a good draft for the first time in a decade.. Allen is an impact player.

I think the Pats are too banged up to beat Denver at this point and I think the Niners are this year's Giants, so I'm going Niners over Broncos in the Super Bowl, but my picks have been garbage all year.

Funny considering Rodgers screamed at Jones the same game

Everyone, including your precious Aaron Rodgers has been seen yelling at teammates/coaches and pouting on the sidelines.

LOL!!!

My "precious"?

Cutler pouts and always has....and now is getting an ungodly amount of money to do so.

Deal with it.

Well as of right now this is what I'm seeing.

New England at Denver

The Patriots ran all over the Colts this week. Also did a decent job of containing the Colts one trick pony offence. Against Denver it won't be that easy as they have so many weapons on offence. Denver did not take advantage of the opportunities they had early and eventually ended up in a close game. Granted they made the one key conversion on 3rd and 17 that killed off that game. I think New England needs to take some shots down the field early. San Diego was too conservative on offence for three quarters and that cost them.

I think the injuries catch up with New England this week. Denver will be sharper and as a result get a 27-24 win.

San Francisco at Seattle

Both defences turned in strong performances to get these teams to this game. San Fran was a bit sharper on offence, but did benefit from a few penalties to put up it's points. They also faced an offence who was very anemic in the second half with Mike Tolbert at RB and Steve Smith on one leg. The Seahawks passing game was very pedestrian yesterday and will need to do something against the Niners. I think this is the week where the travel and three games in 3 different time zones catches up with San Franciso. Still they won't go quietly and Seattle wins 16-13.

Denver's injuries have been awful all year too, and now it looks like Chris Harris won't be ready to go either. Quentin Jammer replaced him and was abused by Keenan Allen all game.

Rahim Moore won't make it back, and Ihenacho and Woodyard got injured today also.

That secondary is scary bad. Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is the only competent guy back there.

As mentioned the Broncos are just going to have to bring pressure and not give Brady time.

It's going to be a long week.

Because I just gotta mention it. Trent Richardson's 2014 Playoff Line: 4 rushes, 1 yard, 1 fumble. I think he's 50/50 to even make the roster next year. Disaster is probably the understatement of the century regarding that trade.

Early forecast for Denver is 14C and Sunny. Guess the Pats can't hope for cold weather game.
