Dress really warm with heavy long johns, wool socks and mitts aong with a heavy coat and touk. The walk back to the car from the arena in minus 30 windchill and then sitting in your frozen car waiting to warm up will not feel as bad as another night of losing...Oh yeah, patience and lots of alcohol will help too.
