For someone who sacrificed his blood, sweat, and tears for the Flames when he could've bolted on us we sure are an ungrateful bunch. Why not cut the guy a little bit of slack? Every other fanbase in the league gives their superstars some room to work with. For some reason on this forum if Iginla isn't netting 60 goals we're criticizing his every play and quite frankly, it's disgusting.
Iginla always has a slow start. And every year he turns it around and plays amazing hockey. This year there's been no training camp, a new coach, new system, and a whole group of new players. He's learning how to best be productive out there. Can you find a little patience in you while he gets his game together?
I am embarrassed for this fan base some times. Think of the message we put out. We're so unsupportive of our superstars let alone our regular players.

7 million a year. No playoffs. I'll let you get back to admiring your Jarome Iginla hockey card collection.

The only Canadian fan bases that may be more supportive of their players are probably Edmonton and maybe Ottawa. I would hate to see Iginla or some other Flame get consistently booed by his own fan base like some players in other Canadian cities.

same would go for Iginla than any other hockey player that craps the bed when making a ridiculous amount of money. Why is that so hard to get?
He was the heart and soul of this team and is likely a great leader in the locker room.
Im not saying trade him for whatever but dang he deserves some hate for his lazy play just like anybody else.

You know thats not the case, he like some of us are tired of the constant Iggy bashing. Lets just enjoy the game instead of sounding like a bunch of old Granny's complaining about the same things over and over.

He could have gotten that $7 million on any other team in the league.

Has anyone tried that Crown Royal Maple? It's like a strong whiskey, and then the aftertaste of pancakes. It's really sweet. Not sure if I am sold on it, it's more like a cognac I think

Ashasx. I'm not disagreeing with your or anything but you need to calm down. You're not making yourself look better by bashing the entire forum over something that isn't even that big of a deal. I understand where you are coming from but its getting really annoying.

I'm sitting in a guard shack on a lonely empty road, trying to get updates on the Flames game. Please kindly shut yer yaps about how crappy Iggy is. I would really like to know what the hell is going on.
