^That video is from Kamaishi city and actually occured the morning after the 9.0 quake. There was a risk of tsunamis for days afterwards. Just checking on NHK they have reported about 200 quakes and aftershocks registered at level 5 or higher since the big quake, which has obviously made the rescue efforts more difficult.
not sure if these before/after slider pictures have been posted in the thread but high quality easy to use. It's crazy how destructive it was in some of the places, looks like they've been through months of bombing in a war.
An entire house is seen floating out to sea in the Pacific Ocean, off Sendai, after being taken by the tsunami.
