Vladdy? Maybe. Bo? Certainly not. But I think this shows why having some youthful talent come up and contribute is important. I’ve had to stop listening to Blair and Barker lately because of Barkers eternal platitudes for veterans. No dummy vets aren’t useful when they’re automatic outs and don’t contribute defensively.

I like how Davis Schneider wasn’t even in the top 41 Jays prospects for this year. Then again he did take a big step forward but last few years he has been a 120 WRC player in the minors.

Much needed sweep. Much needed blowout. 4-3 during this week is a definite win after how bleak it looked against Baltimore. Hopefully they can carry the momentum against some lesser teams coming up.

MLB had Schneider at 28. Longenhagen didn’t even have him in honorable mentions but then again I’ve never liked him much.

Davis Schneider could be the turning point of the season. Maybe the team can finally wake up and be consistently good for the rest of the year.
