Brampton beats Windsor in Windsor 4-2. Series is now 2-1 for Windsor.

Christ... how in the freaking hell are Kirk and Savage anywhere near a championship series? Sonne gets drilled nowhere near the puck, and he gets the only penalty for retaliating... Both should have gone.

1-0 Kelowna. Bloody Hitmen just continuing to sleepwalk though this series.

This team simply needs to pull its head out of its ass. Not even showing half the desire of the Rockets.

And Bloodhoof with a cheap elbow to the head nowhere near the puck, no call.

Guess Savage and Kirk are playing to the home crowd tonight.

They are just losing every single battle along the boards and they cannot make a pass to save their lives. Kelowna is good but the Hitmen are not helping themselves at all.

Especially that Golicic pass to nobody. The Hitmen have completely forgotten how to play hockey. Kelowna simply is not that much faster than Calgary, if at all, but as long as most of the team wont skate, and nobody is able to complete a simple pass, they are going to look slow as molases.

Busy day for Sutter. He's in Kelowna watching the game.

As great as Kelowna is playing, 5 shots halfway through the game is just disgusting lack of effort and intelligence on the part of Calgary. Especially the stupidity of the defencemen... If the point shot isn't there, move the puck around rather than trying to force the puck through a body.

The good news is that they are still right in this game. Marty is playing much better in this game and the Rockets are missing the net on lots of opportunities.

Any sustained pressure seems to be from the 3rd and 4th lines. Hopefully the big gunners start getting gritty.

Another thing that is driving me nuts is when the Rockets barely get it out of their own zone, the Hitmen dman just fires it right back in without waiting for the forwards to clear the zone. Just wait another couple of seconds and give your forwards a chance to go back in their and get it.

The refs are sure letting a lot of crap go. Lots of hooking, interference and stuff out there without a call.

Well, as Shaw noted before the game started, our top line has completely failed to show up for this series. Same disappearing act from Kozun, Sonne and Broda tonight. These guys just aren't into it at all.

WOW. Backlund almost made it 2-0. Postma turned the wrong way on that one.

I just don't know what has happened to this team. Sure they didn't play well in 2 or 3 games against the Wheaties but they were still better than what we have seen through 2 games and 2 more periods.

Well, it took about 90 games, but they finally got complacent. They thought it would be easy, lost focus and can't get it back.

This team is playing absolutely stupid hockey right now. And it is so many of the simple little things that they are just not doing. That's the really frustrating part of this series... Kelowna is playing awesome, but the majority of the problems are self-inflicted stupidity.

Kelowna was one of only three teams that I had concerns about entering the playoffs, but for christ sakes, make them EARN it.
