Dude sleeps like a baby - empty draft picks, empty prospect cupboards, and a plethora of "truculent" 6 d-men and bottom 6 forwards.
That's his happy place

Truly a miserable existence you must lead. Lol.

He's just so terrible. You don't see the evidence? Haha. So stupid.

I still don't like the lines outside of the top line. Hopefully they address this for next game.

You can hate him as an Oilers
But he has been Canada’s best player and it’s not even close, be honest

He’s been great, but he left his man wide open and nearly cost us the game, if not for huge save.

team defense was sub par but the defense itself as a group was just awful.
Good stuff by Binnington....and a reminder why you have to trust a guy like Jon Cooper with his decisions.
He's there...he's ran them through practices....he's sat and talked to them...he will have a feeling about those guys that no one else could possibly have.
Onwards and upwards!

He set up two of the 4 goals.
You could say they wouldn't have won without him...
It works both ways.
Anyways, they won, and that's all that matters!

Binnington made 2 game saving saves. There is a reason he is in net. The 3rd goal was Harley’s fault.
Clutch goal by Suzuki and what a play by Celebrini and Marner! Amazing win! Keep it going.

Canada is lucky, I think they're going to have trouble with a more formidable opponent. Czechia nearly shut them down.

I watched a slip of Strombo on the Clearing the Crease pod that popped up on my feed. Strombo said that before Rogers when to him they went HARD after Duthie to host HNiC, and James elected to stay loyal to TSN.
I wonder how he feels about that now.

I've been thinking that these whole Olympics. Duthie would be perfect for the panel they have.
Get rid of Ron and Gadzic, and it would be pretty solid.

The D really need to stop shooting into shin pads and giving up odd man rushes and breakaways. If they can clean that up, I'm excited for the next couple games.
Hopefully some of the guys who have talent but haven't done anything (Hagel, Jarvis, Reinhart, Marchand) can get going in the semi and beyond.
Binnington the #1 star today for sure

stupid freaking VC started at 11am- with a bunch of jebronis in Phoenix who would have no clue this was even going on.
Had the game on my second display and was doing the talking during the goal. Hid it as well as I could.
