Definitely on purpose. Iran gets limited returns from striking Israel due to the Iron Dome, but these countries are exposed and can't withstand an extended bombing campaign against them. Qatar and UAE have Trump leveraged with their money invested into his business/meme coins, so attacking them isn't a bad play.

The fall of the regime in itself is a good thing. The fact that once again the US has no plan to actually help with the aftermath is what is going to lead to further issues down the road - not to mention the collateral damage and ongoing loss of innocent life.

These guys come in and it’s always a nice polite one. You serve them because you dont want to cause a scene. And then they become a regular and after awhile they bring a friend. And that dude is cool too.
And THEY bring friends and they stop being cool and then you realize, oh, this is a Nazi bar now. And its too late because they’re entrenched and if you try to kick them out, they cause a PROBLEM. So you have to shut them down.
Yes one can certainly understand the views of that gentleman. But there are 30,000 innocent deaths at the hands of the regime in January alone that prove that “a bad government is not survivable”. This was one of the worst governments in the history of the modern world and their demise is to be celebrated.
