Incredible .800 save % tonight for the Flames. I’m shocked they are losing.

Flames lack of offense is the D. When they are engaged and rushing - night and day difference.

Honestly with adequate goaltending we are talking about a good Flames team comfortably in a playoff spot. This crap from Marky has sunk this team. If we miss, there will be plenty of blame but the goaltending is the primary cause.

No they desperately need to get Wolf in here. It's an uphill battle almost every night

He didn't, Markstrom can't track a puck to save his life.

Our goalie is blind. and slow. But lets blame it on the rest of the team.

Zad played it horribly , but it’s a symptom of having a terrible goalie

He’s doing everything possible to prevent a shot and gets himself out of positioning

The D all cheat in the D zone because they have zero confidence their goalie can stop a shot he sees cleanly

So then you end up with some of these easy tap ins as the D overplay trying to shot the puck holder from getting a shot

And Markstrum was again already on his knees and sitting on the goal line and let a player almost behind him tap in it

That puck is slowly sliding through your crease. Track the puck FFS
If he's not so deep in his net he easily breaks up the pass, and probably should be able to cut that off anyways.

How Markstrom is completely unaware of the guy standing on his post, and so slow to react to the puck crossing above the crease is astonishing.

Like if you’re going to make a dumb play and lay down to break up the pass, you better break up the pass.

Compared to last year our defence just seems much more prone to massive break downs.

Markstrom should stop that from getting past his leg. but then again, say he stops it with a toe save, now it's sitting there and no one is there except a Flyer. It's a goal anyway.

You can't right this save % on the goaltender; he's oblivious. There are other errors out there; but you can run the numbers over a sample of the games this season.

Maybe Markstrom will develop a debilitating equipment allergy this off-season.

You have to laugh. You have to. Now the Flames will get a penalty.

Ha. Ha. Knew it. PP for the Flyers.

Markstrom unable to move laterally because Allison’s skate was right up against Markstrom’s left pad
