Don't know this guy but would have preferred Villeneuve...top scoring draft eligible d-man in the CHL can't be that bad can he? Or Chromiak who I'm really surprised is still on the board.

I guess when you get extra picks though it let's you go a little off the board with a guy like Boltmann. Sounds like high risk, high reward and very much a project.

I agree completely. You can say you don't like a pick without calling someone a bust.

Especially for a 3rd round pick when 3rd round picks often don’t pan out.
