I don't see how anyone could cheer for San Jose now they were gifted a series win.

I hate both of these teams, but it feels good to know that Vegas finally gets to experience what epic playoff failure feels like.
Suck it, Knights!

Those temp refs the NFL used during the strike would probably be a better choice.

Lots of sour grapes in here over the Sharks winning. Vegas was up 3-1 in the series. PP in double OT at home to win on a pretty suspect call. Was up 3-0 in this game. I fail to see how the refs dictated the outcome of this series.

Green text?
3-0 in the 3rd and cruising before a phantom call?

Yeah or after 3-2. They took the timeout after 3-3 though. Didn't help.

Yup, normally don’t care, though I’ve despised Shark fans since early in the 2004 playoffs for pretty serious, but unsubstantiated reasons, but that tonight was a travesty of biblical proportions for any team, and will cause replay changes next season.
Isles St. L final.

Kill a penalty.
Sorry but 5 minutes of 7 full games doesn't decide a series.

You’re dead on right.
So many want to blame the referees.
The best team wins 99 percent of the time.
Losers have to blame somebody.

I still can't believe the ref called the Pavelski fall a major penalty. I don't usually complain about ref calls, but this one totally decided the game and the series. I watched the replay so many times and I don't see a vicious high stick anywhere. All I see is Pavelski getting checked backwards and he fell back really hard. He likely hit his head really hard on the ice with his chin guard. Eakins might have gotten his hand up high, but it wasn't a vicious hit or high stick like what NBC is saying that it was.

Kill a penalty that should have never been called?
Yeah, I get it, the PK was bad, but why are they on the PK in the first place?

I'm glad he's not at that salary for that term and at the cost of Valimaki+.
I was assuming that the Vegas loss would put an end to the "wish he was a Flame" nonsense.
