Odds Raiola pisses on a Sir Bobby jersey and a picture of Sir Alex tonight to try and force Pogba out?

I know it's probably gonna be Zidane, but Wenger replacing Mourinho would be amazing.

Give Moyes a second chance.
Or even have Co-Coaches of Scholes and Giggs.

I don't know what the odds were but I was tempted prior to the season to put some money on Mourinho being the first managerial casualty but it was mostly just a cheeky thought as I thought even though he'll piss everybody off he'll still grind out results. Very quickly looking like I should've placed that bet.

Once they didn't back Mourinho for a CB, they should have sacked him then. Now they're going to anyways, while torpedoing this season, and ensuring every team selling a CB will ask for a stupid amount since United will be extremely desperate with their motley crew of CBs.

Okay, this has to stop.
They did back Mourinho for a CB. The ones he chose to buy just sucked and he figured he could throw more of someone else's money at the problem.
The problem between Mourinho and the board is that he picked players, they bought them, the players didnt work out and now he wants new ones. Whats to stop the new ones from also not working out?
The Era of just randomly buying players and hoping they work out is rapidly ending, which makes Mourinho a Dinosaur. He thinks he can just keep buying and buying until it works out.
Thats why they're not backing him much anymore. Because his decision making and evaluations are seriously flawed.

his second Chelsea stint ended similarly. Bad transfer window and he just went through the motions afterwards.
we'll see. Not holding my breath when it comes to a coaching change, but really, it'd be a no-brainer to me.

Right but that's the point. Mourinho bought crap before, but you knew you had crap. So either back him to fix it, or sack him and let someone else fix it. Instead not only is this year gone, but they're probably going to be in Europa again next year, so they've totally screwed themselves here.

I think it works out as:
You know this is Mourinho's last kick at it, dont waste money on who he wants, see what he can get out of the current group and then can him and buy who the new manager wants.
United are going to see themselves rapidly becoming Chelsea. Rotating their manager and their squad.

Lucas oh my
People forget how good he was, he scored 19 goals at psg 2 years ago, plenty of individual brilliance
2nd year under poch and its only 3 games, but he looks to be doing what sonny did in year 2

Mourinho has just lost 0-3 at home to a side that made ZERO signings this summer while leaving out both of the CBs he signed.
He can have zero excuses.

Which is going to make his inevitable excuses even more fun to hear.

Oh no doubt, but they obviously didn't see how things ended at Chelsea. United might not even make Europa next year. And United's future has more of an Arsenal feel to it, indifferent ownership who only cares about money (did you know United's stock hit a record high last week?). Chelsea are dysfunctional, but they still win despite it.

Yup,
These are his major purchases as Manager of Man U (>10M €)
Pogba - 105€
Lukaku - 85€
Fred - 59€
Matic - 45€
Mkhitarian - 42€ (Swapped for Sanchez)
Bailly - 38€
Lindelof - 35€
Dalot - 22€
So he's spent 431€ in his 3 summer transfer windows as manager, and really the players he's brought in all underachieved with him as manager.
Compare that to Pep in the same time period (559 €) :
Mahrez - 68 €
Laporte - 65 €
Mendy - 57 €
Stones - 56 €
Walker - 53 €
Sane - 51 €
Silva - 50 €
Ederson - 40 €
Jesus - 32 €
Danilo - 30 €
Gundogan - 27 €
Nolito - 18 €
Luiz - 12 €
Even considering that Pep spent about 130 € more than Mourinho has, he's made that go a lot further to help strengthen that squad.
Klopp is a similar story with how he spent his 412€
Van Dijk - 79€
Alisson - 63€
Keita - 60€
Fabinho - 45€
Salah - 42 €
Mane - 42€
Oxlade Chamberlain - 38€
Wijnaldum - 28€
Shaqiri - 15€
Similar transfer windows, similar total spend, but Klopp and Pep have done a much better job of building a team. Don't blame the board for not giving Jose more money to spend at all - he just hasn't purchased very wisely at Manchester . Even the good players he has bought (Pogba, Lukaku) either look much better internationally, or for their old teams, than they do for him.
