I doubt any player is 100% after an 82 game schedule. I think Monahan will be fine. Not to worried about a missed practice 3 days before the first game.
I edited my post. I initially read that he was not in practice. Small text on my phone.
No indication that Monahan will not be 100%. Yesterday was a maintenance day. There is four days rest between Saturday's final game and Thursday's opening playoff game so no reason to think Mony wont be good to go.
Holy whack-a-moly!! Just got an presale invite to buy tickets to Home Game A!! Scored two in Sec 214!!!!
Now I've just got to figure out how to arrange a trip to Calgary for the 17th.....super excited!!
An odd thing though - had Ticketmaster running on two screens - one local and one remote and the remote one (in Calgary) was about 40 sec ahead of the one local to me (BC). I could see the timing difference on the countdown. (Same NTP server, too.)
Kevin Allen of USA Today was on NHL Network radio this morning and also picked the Flames. Dave Poulin on TSN thinks they're due as well. There is an odd amount of optimism in the media.
Must be due to the «SERGIO» effect....0 for 73 before Sunday and Flames 0 for 27 in their barn before Thursday...+ 0 for 2 in playoff series...Their «due» to end this nonsense.

Does that not bother you when the general consensus here is that the eastern media knows nothing about the Flames? Or is this obviously a sign they've finally done their homework?
They were fake news before, but they are very real now.

Does anyone know if the double gunning poor man's Hulk Hogan still goes to games?
He's a worse taunt than the Hawks playing Chelsea Dagger as their goal song.
