Entertaining game. No arguments here. Overall the better team won, City absolutely controlled the first half. Bit concerning that Jose waited until HT to make the changes he did.
Pogba was very disappointing, de Bruyne was fantastic and Bravo is a complete shambles.
Also thought Otamendi and Fernandinho were excellent today for City. United has to figure out how they wanna use Pogba though, he looked lost out there today. Fellaini has started well, but good midfields will have too much space when Fellaini and Pogba are out there.

they simply have to go 4-3-3 in the big games. When Herrera came in at half time, the organization in midfield immediately improved and United started to look better. Too bad Guardiola immediately threw on Fernando to negate that, but surely the 4-2-3-1 is dead in the big games now. Either way, at some point Mourinho will have to have the balls to drop Rooney because he's useless in a 4-3-3. Can't effectively play in the 3 man midfield and there's way better options available for the wide positions too.

"Claudio's performance was one of the best I've ever seen," Guardiola told Geoff Shreeves.
also, the more often I see the Bravo challenge on Rooney, the more I question what happened there. Then I realize that the Clattenburg clown was in charge.
Let me translate, after years at Bayern I speak a bit of 'Pep.'
"I've screwed up, spent a lot of money and let a better player walk, but I am Pep and the Pep makes no errors. Also, I'm stuck with this guy for a few months and ergo he is awesome because the Pep is awesome. So either he gets his poop in a group or I buy someone better but for now, he is the best."

Lukaku with a 11 minute hat-trick to end his goalless drought. Everton has been impressive early this year. Koeman is a quality manager so they might challenge for Champions League this year.

Huge, huge credit and props to Everton FC. You're doing the right thing guys.

"The club will also be inviting Bradley and his family to the return game at Goodison Park and the players' signed shirts from tonight's game will be auctioned off to support the fund.''
Spectators at the game sang Bradley's name as the clock reached the five-minute mark, while some carried a banner bearing the message, "We're with you, Bradley" around the stadium.

Liverpool under Klopp against bottom feeders: One of the worst teams in the Premier League.
If he can ever figure out that second part...

They look pretty good against a mid-table team today!
