question...if you are the manager, do you put Pompey or Carrera in RF to protect this lead after the 7th? Bautista will be pissed, no doubt, but this is a must win game IMO.

Yeah I wouldn't pitch him any more than three times through the order. If he gets anyone on in the 6th, go the pen.

Is anyone even warming up? Stroman should be out now after that batter. You can't let starters flail in the playoffs. Stroman can't put anyone away even up 0-2.
