1st inning went about as bad as you could imagine, but still its only a 1 run game.
Calm down, play your game, and they still have lots of time to win this.

They can hit this guy. Hopefully the defense settles down.

Seriously, give it a rest. There's not a single team in MLB that did what the Jaya did. No one dressed an AAA team for two straight games, no one shut down their rotation, and no effectively took their foot
Off the pedal like the Jays did.
They may have gave guys a rest here and there but they didn't shut it down completely. There's not single ace not named Price that didn't take at least 4-5 innings in their last start of the year.
Argue all you want about the merits of resting players, but don't say the rest of the league behaved no different.

After the way that began I will certainly take just a 1 run deficit.
That was looking like it was over before it began.

I think it's you who needs to give it a rest. Everything bad doesn't revolve around the Jays resting starters. All those guys on the field the first inning played in that last series played several games in that final series.

The Price thing is the biggest one for me. First pitcher since 1939 to start a series on 11 days rest. I can't sit here and say I know better, but on the surface that seems like a really baffling decision just purely based on the norm.

I think you often need at least 5 runs to beat TOR.

Baseball is all about rhythm and consistency. Tigers were swept in a world series after sweeping the series before because they had 10 days off and lost their mojo.

Donaldson trying to make a play at second base. Guys just completely collapsing under the playoff nerves.
